Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC in New Castle/Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Project Scheduler to develop and manage CPM schedules for construction and service projects, coordinating with project teams, trade partners, and clients to optimize timelines.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2–4 years of electrical/low-voltage scheduling, and proficiency with MS Project and Primavera P6, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in scheduling, PM, construction management or related field.
• 2–4 years of electrical or low voltage scheduling experience in field operations preferred.
• Experience scheduling large, complex projects and coordinating trade partners; CPM knowledge required.
• Knowledge of MS Project and Primavera P6; lean methodologies a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage project schedules with project teams; cover engineering, construction, supply chain, and finance activities.
• Create, update, and report CPM schedules from proposal through construction stage.
• Monitor progress, perform critical path analysis, and provide narrative schedule updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate service scheduling for varying project sizes and requirements with account management and field operations.
• Communicate schedule risks and corrective actions to clients and management.
• Assist in staffing and resource allocation for service projects and installations.
