Job summary

Harris Company is seeking a Project Sales Representative to market our services to new clients and develop turnkey HVAC/mechanical retrofit solutions for commercial markets. You will estimate, prepare proposals, and present them to clients while also managing existing relationships.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required in Construction Sciences, HVAC, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in same fields.
• 5+ years of knowledge of HVAC and mechanical and plumbing systems and components.
• 5+ years of experience with customer relationship development/maintenance.
• Competent understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems and how they function.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Market the company to new clients and develop turnkey solutions.
• Estimate / proposal presentation for mechanical and plumbing retrofit projects in commercial markets.
• Manage existing customer relationships.
• Prepare detailed, professional proposals and maintain documentation.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities; maintain a healthy pipeline.
