Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking an HVAC Project Sales Representative to market services, develop turnkey retrofit proposals, and manage customer relationships in commercial markets. The role requires knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems, estimating, and persuasive presentation skills.

Responsibilities include prospecting new business, delivering cost-effective solutions, and maintaining a robust pipeline. A background in energy savings analysis and MS Office proficiency is preferred to support

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing systems experience.
• 4+ years in customer relationship management.
• 1-2 years MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency.
• Ability to explain energy savings of proposed solutions.
• Industrial refrigeration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Market the company to new clients and develop turnkey solutions including estimating and proposal presentations for retrofit projects.
• Prepare, present, and respond to proposals aligned with customer requirements, including RFPs.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and maintain a healthy quotes pipeline to achieve booking goals.
• Respond quickly to customer concerns and build productive relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
• Effectively plan and manage schedules, and manage quotes and opportunities to drive sales success.
