Harris Companies, inc is seeking a Project Sales Representative to market us to new clients and develop turnkey solutions for mechanical and plumbing retrofit projects in commercial markets. You will also manage existing customer relationships and prepare professional proposals, estimates, and presentations tailored to client needs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of HVAC/mechanical system knowledge, strong proposal and sales experience, and the ability to interpret drawings and job-site

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Construction Sciences, HVAC, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of knowledge of HVAC and mechanical/plumbing systems.
• 5+ years of experience with customer relationship development/maintenance.
• Proficient in interpreting drawings, equipment specs, and job site conditions.

Responsabilités

• Estimate and define scope, and prepare detailed proposals from project specs and drawings.
• Develop turnkey solutions, including estimating and proposal presentations for retrofit projects.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet booking goals.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers, vendors, and partners, ensuring profitability and satisfaction.
