Job summary

Harris is seeking a Project Sales Representative to market the company to new clients and develop turnkey HVAC/mechanical solutions for commercial markets. You will analyze specifications, prepare estimates and detailed proposals, and manage ongoing customer relationships to optimize value and reduce long-term costs.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, presenting cost-effective solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required in Construction Sciences, HVAC, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in same fields.
• 5+ years of knowledge of HVAC and mechanical and plumbing systems and components.
• 5+ years of experience with customer relationship development/maintenance.
• Competent understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems and how they function.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Market the company to new clients and develop turnkey solutions.
• Estimate project requirements and prepare professional proposals.
• Prepare, present, and respond to proposals including RFPs and customized solutions.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Manage relationships with customers, vendors, and external partners.
