Job summary

Harris is seeking a Project Sales Representative to market to new clients and develop turnkey solutions for mechanical and plumbing retrofit projects in commercial markets. You will manage existing customer relationships and prepare detailed proposals for HVAC and mechanical systems, with a focus on lifecycle costs and energy efficiency.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems and how they operate.
• Ability to survey mechanical systems, assess needs, and translate into proposals.

Responsibilities

• Market the company to new clients and develop turnkey solutions including estimating and proposals.
• Prepare, present, and respond to proposals including RFPs and customized industry solutions.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and external partners to maximize profitability.
