Harris, a leading mechanical contractor, seeks a Project Sales Representative to market turnkey HVAC and plumbing retrofit solutions in commercial markets. You will estimate, prepare proposals, and present to clients while managing existing relationships.

The role requires 4+ years in HVAC/mechanical/plumbing, plus experience building customer relationships, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint. Knowledge of energy savings and financial justifications is a plus.

Competenze

• Associate degree or higher in Construction Sciences/HVAC or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technical, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing systems and components.
• 4+ years of experience developing and maintaining customer relationships.
• 1–2 years of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to understand and communicate energy savings associated with proposed solutions.
• Ability to prepare financial justifications, including energy savings analysis, preferred.
• Experience with industrial refrigeration preferred.

Mansioni

• Market the company to new clients and develop turnkey solutions including estimating and proposal presentations for mechanical and plumbing retrofit projects.
• Prepare, present, and respond to proposals aligned with customer requirements, including RFPs and customized industry solutions.
• Develop detailed proposals and maintain documentation of account activity and interactions.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline to achieve booking goals.
• Communicate repair, modification, and replacement recommendations clearly to customers and internal teams.
• Effectively plan and manage schedules to maximize productivity and drive sales success.
