The role blends field work with design and permitting, with hybrid or distributed work arrangements.

The position requires design experience in streams, wetlands, and living shorelines, plus hydraulics, hydrology, geomorphology, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Formación

• Four or more years of ecosystem restoration design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and PE licensure.
• Experience with stream, wetland, and coastal restoration projects.

Responsabilidades

• Leads project execution including schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Develops restoration designs for streams, wetlands, and living shorelines.
• Conducts field investigations and data collection for design optimization.
• Creates construction drawings, specs, and contract documents.
• Oversees permitting processes and agency coordination.
• Performs hydraulic and hydrologic modeling to support design decisions.
• Mentors junior staff and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provides construction-phase services and client communications.
