Rosendin is seeking a mid-level Project Manager I to oversee construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction with exceptional service. You will support multiple small to medium projects or one large project under senior PM direction.

The role emphasizes coordinating tasks, preparing estimates, controlling costs, and maintaining policy compliance on active sites. Join a team that values ownership and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a construction industry in a Project Management role.
• Can be a combination of training, education, and relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager or Division Manager.
• Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks and maintaining policies and procedures.
• Prepare a complete estimate for the project with a review of plans, specs, and bid form.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Supervise change orders and negotiate changes with the client.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
