Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee mid-size projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction with outstanding service. You will provide project management support for several small to medium projects or one large project alongside senior PMs.

You will plan, organize, supervise activities, and prepare estimates while coordinating with site leaders. This role requires strong communication and proactive problem-solving on active construction sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proficient with MS Office; Accubid and Oracle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under supervision of senior PM or division manager.
• Supervise project activities, assign tasks, plan, coordinate, and enforce policies.
• Prepare a complete project estimate after reviewing plans and specs.
• Establish objectives, procedures, and performance standards.
• Supervise change orders and negotiate settlements.
• Monitor on-site activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and manage contract financials.
