Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering exceptional service. You will support several small to mid-size projects or one large project under senior PM guidance.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and a minimum of 3 years in construction project management, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager or Division Manager.
• Supervise project activities, assign tasks, plan, coordinate, and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Prepare complete project estimates with plans, specs, and bid forms.
