Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee mid-sized projects from planning to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery. This role involves coordinating with Senior/Division Managers, preparing estimates, and managing change orders with a focus on safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction project management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office; Accubid and Oracle are preferred. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry in a Project Management role.
• Can be a combination of training, education, and relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
• Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant Project Managers and maintaining policies.
• Prepare a complete estimate for the selected project with a review of plans and bid form.
• Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
• Supervise the preparation of all change orders and negotiate changes.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
