Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Project Management team and develop core competencies in construction administration on active projects. This entry-level position supports the PM, handles documentation, meetings, and field coordination.

You will gain exposure to planning, submittals, RFIs, and logs while collaborating with field personnel and subcontractors. On-site work with emphasis on growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Willingness to learn and support the Project Management team.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Support planning, coordination, and problem resolution on site.
• Maintain logs for change orders, submittals, and drawings.
• Prepare contract submittals and subcontractor documentation.
• Assist in delivering Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
