Job summary

Rosendin is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Management team on active construction sites in the United States. The role focuses on providing administrative support, learning essential duties, and coordinating documentation such as submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.

As an entry-level position, you will assist senior managers, participate in project meetings, and help ensure compliance with company policies while developing construction management competencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of construction-related experience.
• Equivalent combination of training and work experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager.
• Maintain logs for change orders, submittals, and drawings.
• Prepare logs and documents for construction meetings.
• Support creation and delivery of Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
• Ensure adherence to the project quality control plan.
• Interact with subcontractors to obtain correct documentation and drawings.
