You will mentor assistants, coordinate with Senior PMs, and manage scope, schedule, and resources with a focus on safety and quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize projects under guidance of Senior PM.
• Direct project activities and coordinate tasks across teams.
• Prepare project estimates by reviewing plans and bid forms.
• Monitor schedule, costs, and change orders to keep projects on track.
• Represent the company in project meetings and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
