Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. in Coppell, TX is hiring a Project Manager I to oversee multiple small to medium projects from planning to completion. You’ll provide PM support, plan scope, schedule, resources, and ensure client satisfaction with superior service.

A bachelor’s degree in construction related field and at least 3 years of PM experience are required. The role requires up to 25% travel and working on active construction sites. Proficiency in MS Office with Accubid and Oracle preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry in a Project Management role.
• Up to 25% travel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Accubid and Oracle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
• Supervise project activities and assign tasks to Assistant Project Managers.
• Prepare complete project estimates by reviewing plans, specs, and bid forms.
• Monitor project schedule and budget; ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and manage contract financials.
• Represent the company in project meetings and manage change orders.
