Job summary

You will ensure client satisfaction by delivering service, managing scope, schedule, and costs, and coordinating with senior PMs and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize projects from planning through completion.
• Supervise project activities and coordinate with Assistant PMs.
• Prepare complete project estimates from plans and specs.
• Monitor schedule and budget with on-site supervision.
• Prepare change orders and negotiate terms with clients.
