Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc in Texas is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering unsurpassed service on small to medium projects. You will supervise project activities, prepare estimates, manage change orders, monitor schedule and budget, and coordinate with senior PMs.

Travel up to 25% and a culture of ownership with ESOP. Applicants should have a bachelor in Construction Management or Civil/Structural engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CM/CE/related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Ability to plan, estimate, and manage change orders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under supervision of Senior PM/Division Manager.
• Supervise activities, assign tasks, and maintain policies and standards.
• Prepare complete project estimates with plans and bid forms.
• Establish project objectives and performance standards.
• Supervise change orders and negotiate them to conclusion.
• Monitor on-site construction against schedule and budget.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contract finances.
• Represent the company in project meetings.
