Job summary

Rosendin seeks a Project Manager I to oversee mid-sized projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery. You will support senior PMs, manage schedules, estimates, and change orders, and coordinate with on-site teams to keep projects on track with Rosendin’s standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a construction-related field and at least 3 years of PM experience in the construction industry. Travel up to 25% may be involved for site coordination.

Qualifications

• Requires a college degree in a construction-related field and 3+ years in PM roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and budgets.
• Strong communication and teamwork across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize projects under supervision.
• Oversee project activities and coordinate tasks across teams.
• Prepare complete project estimates from plans and specs.
• Set objectives, policies, and performance standards.
• Coordinate change orders and negotiate costs.
• Monitor progress with on-site supervision to meet schedule and budget.
• Review contractor documentation and support client meetings.
