Job summary

Rosendin is hiring a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction with exceptional service. You will support several small to medium projects or one large project under senior PM supervision, driving planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination across teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and at least 3 years of construction PM experience, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Combination of training, education and relevant work experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
• Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant Project Managers, planning, coordinating, and resolving problem areas.
• Provide project management expertise to assess scope, schedule, and resources for project success.
• Prepare a complete estimate with a detailed review of plans, specs, and bid form.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards per company policies.
• Oversee change orders and negotiate changes.
• Monitor construction with onsite team to keep on schedule and within budget.
• Investigate and implement corrective measures for serious situations.
• Prepare change quotations for presentation to client and negotiate.
• Prepare monthly costing reports under supervision.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect the company and client relations.
• Review documents prepared by assistant PM before submission.
• Represent the company in project meetings under PM oversight.
