Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion and ensure client satisfaction by delivering unparalleled service. This mid‑level role provides PM support for several small to medium projects or one large project, under guidance of senior PMs.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, budgeting, and leading project teams, with a focus on safety and quality. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Combination of training, education and relevant work experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager.
• Supervise and direct project activities; assign tasks and resolve issues.
• Provide project management expertise to assess scope, schedule and resources.
• Prepare a complete estimate with review of plans and bid form.
• Establish objectives, policies and performance standards.
• Supervise change orders and negotiate changes.
• Monitor construction activities to keep on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage financial aspects of contracts.
• Represent the company in project meetings and support PM team.
