Rosendin Electric is seeking a mid-level Project Manager I to oversee construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service. You will assist in budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with the Senior PM to maintain schedule and budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years in construction PM. Travel up to 25% is possible as projects demand, with benefits and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Eng. preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in construction project management.
• Can be combination of training, education and related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize projects under senior PM guidance.
• Supervise project activities and assign tasks to Assistant PMs.
• Prepare complete project estimates from plans and specs.
