Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction and top-notch service. The role supports several small to medium projects or one large project under senior management, with travel up to 25%.

The ideal candidate brings a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least three years of construction project management experience, with proficiency in MS Office and industry tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience working on active construction sites is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under supervision of Senior PM.
• Supervise project activities and coordinate with Assistant PMs.
• Prepare project estimates by reviewing plans, specs, and bid forms.
• Monitor schedule and budget, ensuring on-time completion within budget.
