Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking a mid-level Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion and ensure client satisfaction. You will provide project management support for several small to medium projects or one large project, under senior leadership.

Travel up to 25% is expected. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field and at least 3 years of PM experience, with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Accubid/Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Can be a combination of training, education, and relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
• Supervise and direct project activities, including task assignments and policy adherence.
• Assess scope, schedule, and resources to complete a project successfully.
• Prepare a complete estimate with review of plans, specs, and bid form.
• Monitor project costs, change orders, and vendor coordination.
• Represent the company in project meetings and manage client satisfaction.
