Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee small- to mid-size construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to budgets and schedules. The role involves directing project activities, coordinating with senior PMs and division managers, and preparing detailed estimates and cost reports.

Up to 25% travel is required. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of construction project

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
• Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks and maintaining company policies.
• Assess scope, schedule and resources with initial client contact.
• Prepare a complete project estimate from plans, specifications and bid form.
• Establish project objectives, policies and performance standards.
• Manage change orders and negotiate changes.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Prepare monthly cost reports under supervision.
• Manage contract financials including progress billing and expenses.
