Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion and ensure client satisfaction with outstanding service. You will provide support for several small to medium projects or a large project, under the guidance of senior PMs.

Responsibilities include planning, directing project activities, cost/budget control, change orders, and reporting. Travel up to 25% is anticipated on active construction sites across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Accubid/Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under supervision.
• Supervise project activities and coordinate tasks with assistants.
• Prepare project estimates by reviewing plans, specs, and bid forms.
• Monitor schedule, budget, and change orders; ensure client satisfaction.
• Represent the company in project meetings and maintain compliance.
