Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion, delivering exceptional client service. You will coordinate with Senior PMs, supervise field staff, and prepare estimates and change orders to ensure on-time delivery and profitability.

The role emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving on active construction sites, and adherence to safety policies while supporting Rosendin’s growth and client relationships across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related construction field.
• Experience in project management on construction projects.
• Ability to supervise diverse project teams and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize project activities under Senior PM direction.
• Supervise project tasks and coordinate with Assistant PMs and Foremen.
• Prepare project estimates, review plans and bid forms, and manage change orders.
• Monitor project schedule and budget, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contracts’ financials.
