Evlo AI in Phoenix seeks a hands-on Project Manager to drive execution for cross-functional engineering and product teams, turning roadmaps into shipped software. You will own plans, timelines, and dependencies across the SDLC, delivering outcomes in a fast-moving product organization.

The role runs sprint ceremonies, manages risk, unblocks teams, and provides leadership with a clear picture of progress while coordinating launches between engineering, product, QA, and go-to-market teams.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of project or program management experience in software.
• Hands-on fluency with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and release management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; PMP/CSM/SAFe a plus.
• Bonus: experience coordinating across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for 2-3 concurrent software projects, managing scope, timelines, and cross-team dependencies in Jira and Confluence
• Run agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) and maintain healthy, predictable delivery cadences for engineering squads
• Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reporting for stakeholders ranging from engineers to VP-level leadership
• Identify risks, blockers, and resource constraints early; drive resolution before they impact launch dates
• Coordinate launches across engineering, product, QA, and go-to-market teams, including release readiness reviews and rollback plans
• Track and report delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, on-time completion) and use them to improve planning accuracy over time
• Continuously improve team processes, documentation, and tooling to reduce friction and increase throughput

What We Are Looking For

• 3-6 years of project or program management experience, ideally delivering software or technical products in an agile environment
• Hands-on fluency with Jira, Confluence, and modern delivery tooling; comfortable working directly with engineers on technical details
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, release management, and dependency management across multiple teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to distill complex technical status into clear executive summaries
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive consensus without formal authority
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience; PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is a plus
• Bonus: experience with infrastructure or platform migrations, SQL or basic data analysis, and working with distributed teams across time zones
