About The Role
The role drives execution across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams, owning delivery timelines, dependencies, and communication from kickoff through launch. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives on keeping complex, multi-workstream projects moving — identifying risks early, removing blockers, and giving leadership a clear, honest picture of status at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects, managing scope, timelines, and resource allocation across 3-5 concurrent workstreams
- Build and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and RAID logs in tools like Jira, Linear, or Asana, keeping them accurate and actionable
- Run sprint planning, standups, and retros; track velocity and delivery metrics to keep teams on schedule
- Coordinate dependencies across engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams, escalating risks before they become blockers
- Develop executive-level status reports, dashboards, and post-mortems that inform leadership decisions
- Improve delivery processes — refine intake, estimation, and handoff workflows based on retrospective findings
- Support launch readiness, coordinating QA sign-off, documentation, and rollout plans with stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of project or program management experience, ideally in SaaS or software delivery environments
- Proven track record shipping technical projects on schedule with cross-functional teams of 10+ people
- Deep fluency with Jira, Confluence, and at least one PM tool (Asana, Monday, Linear); comfortable building reports and dashboards
- Strong written communication — crisp status updates, clear escalation paths, and well-run meetings
- Working knowledge of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum) and technical concepts like APIs, releases, and QA cycles
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience; PMP or CSM certification a plus
- Bonus: experience managing platform or infrastructure migrations, background in data/BI projects, or familiarity with SQL for self-serve reporting
