Evlo AI is seeking a Program Manager to drive cross-functional execution across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams, turning ambiguous requirements into clear plans and shipped outcomes.

Job description

About The Role

The Program Manager owns cross-functional execution across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams, driving complex technical programs from scoping through launch.

About The Role

The Program Manager owns cross-functional execution across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams, driving complex technical programs from scoping through launch.

This role matters because it turns competing priorities and ambiguous requirements into clear plans, owners, and shipped outcomes. Expect to work closely with engineering leads on dependencies, migration timelines, and system-level tradeoffs - not just track tickets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive multi-quarter technical programs end-to-end, including system migrations, platform launches, and infrastructure initiatives across 3-5 concurrent workstreams
  • Build and maintain program plans in tools like Jira, Linear, and Asana, with clear milestones, owners, risks, and dependencies
  • Run cross-functional working sessions, sprint syncs, and executive readouts; produce written status updates that leadership can act on
  • Identify blockers early, elevate with data, and negotiate scope or timeline tradeoffs with product and engineering leadership
  • Define program success metrics (launch readiness, adoption, reliability targets) and report progress against them
  • Improve how the organization runs: refine intake processes, post-mortem practices, and documentation standards
  • Coordinate vendor and third-party dependencies where programs rely on external integration
What We Are Looking For
  • 4-7 years of program or project management experience, ideally in software or cloud infrastructure environments
  • Demonstrated track record shipping complex technical programs with distributed engineering teams
  • Fluency with agile tooling and practices (Jira, Linear, sprint planning, dependency mapping)
  • Strong written communication: RFCs, status reports, and exec summaries that are clear and concise
  • Comfortable reading technical discussions - APIs, CI/CD, cloud services - without needing to be the engineer
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Bonus: PMP or PgMP certification, SQL or data-analysis skills, experience with platform migrations or compliance-driven programs (SOC 2, ISO)
