Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking a Program Manager to drive cross-functional execution across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams in a fast-paced tech environment. You will own programs from kickoff through launch and surface risks to keep teams on track.

You will build plans, run cadences, coordinate dependencies across time zones, and ensure launch readiness for product and infrastructure initiatives. Strong communication, agile experience, and technical fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of program or technical project management experience at a technology company.
• Proven track record managing multi-quarter programs with 10+ cross-functional contributors.
• Hands-on expertise with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or equivalent planning and documentation tooling.
• Strong technical fluency: comfortable discussing APIs, release cycles, and infrastructure work with engineers.
• Excellent written communication; able to distill complex status into crisp executive updates.
• Experience with agile and hybrid delivery methodologies; PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience. Bonus: SQL or dashboarding skills (Looker, Tableau)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program plans in Jira, Linear, or Asana, defining milestones, owners, dependencies, and success criteria
• Run cross-functional working sessions, sprint ceremonies, and executive readouts; keep stakeholders aligned across time zones
• Track program health metrics (velocity, slip rate, scope changes) and proactively escape risks with proposed mitigations
• Drive launch readiness for major product and infrastructure programs, coordinating engineering, QA, support, and marketing checklists
• Build and maintain status dashboards, executive summaries, and post-mortem documentation
• Identify and eliminate process friction across teams, standardizing intake, prioritization, and decision-making workflows
• Manage program budgets, vendor timelines, and resourcing tradeoffs with team leads

This role matters because coordination is the constraint: the team ships fast, and strong program management turns individual workstreams into coherent, on-time outcomes. The Program Manager will build the plans, run the cadences, and surface the risks that keep leadership informed and teams unblocked.
