About The Role
The role drives execution across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams, turning ambiguous goals into sequenced plans with clear owners, milestones, and deadlines. This is a high-leverage position at a well-funded technology company: the Program Manager owns flagship initiatives end-to-end, unblocking teams, managing dependencies, and keeping leadership informed with accurate, no-spin status reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own program plans end-to-end: scoping, timelines, RAID logs, and milestone tracking across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Run cross-functional execution using Jira, Linear, and Asana; define intake processes, sprint cadences, and escalation paths
- Coordinate launches across engineering, product, design, marketing, and support, ensuring dependencies are surfaced and resolved early
- Build and maintain program dashboards (Looker, Tableau, or Google Sheets-based) tracking delivery health, velocity, and risk
- Facilitate standups, steering committees, and post-mortems; document decisions and drive follow-through on action items
- Identify process gaps in SDLC and go-to-market workflows, propose improvements, and measure their impact
- Communicate status, risks, and trade-offs to executives in concise written updates and readouts
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of program or project management experience in a technology environment, ideally SaaS or infrastructure
- Demonstrated success managing multi-team technical programs from kickoff through launch and post-launch iteration
- Hands-on fluency with Jira, Confluence/Notion, and at least one roadmap or portfolio tool
- Strong written communication: able to distill complex technical status into clear executive summaries
- Comfortable reading basic engineering artifacts (tickets, PRs, architecture docs) to ask informed questions and spot risk
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience; PMP or CSM a plus
- Bonus: experience with OKR planning cycles, technical program management (APIs, cloud infrastructure, migrations), or founding PM processes at an earlier-stage company
