Job description

About The Role

The role drives cross-functional execution for software programs spanning engineering, product, and GTM — owning planning, milestones, dependencies, and communication from kickoff through launch.

About The Role

The role drives cross-functional execution for software programs spanning engineering, product, and GTM — owning planning, milestones, dependencies, and communication from kickoff through launch. You will be the connective tissue for technical teams: running release coordination, managing roadmaps and status reporting, and unblocking decisions so teams can ship on schedule. This position reports to a Director of Program Management and directly shapes how the organization delivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end program plans for multi-quarter initiatives, defining milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
  • Run weekly cross-functional syncs with engineering, product, design, and marketing; track risks, owners, and blockers to resolution
  • Manage release and launch coordination, including feature readiness, comms, rollback plans, and post-launch retrospectives
  • Build and maintain program dashboards in Jira, Confluence, and Looker to give leadership real-time visibility into progress
  • Facilitate quarterly planning (OKR/roadmap) processes, scoping work across teams and negotiating tradeoffs
  • Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks; document and roll out repeatable execution playbooks
  • Escalate and drive decisions on scope, resourcing, and timeline changes with senior stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
  • 4-7 years of program or project management experience in software or SaaS environments
  • Deep fluency with Agile/Scrum delivery and tools like Jira, Linear, or Asana
  • Strong technical literacy — able to discuss architecture, dependencies, and tradeoffs with engineers credibly
  • Track record of shipping complex, multi-team programs on time with measurable outcomes
  • Excellent written communication; able to distill ambiguous problems into clear plans and status reports
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Bonus: PMP or CSM certification; experience with data platform or infrastructure programs; SQL familiarity for self-serve reporting
