Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for ground-up commercial construction projects in the Greater Indianapolis area. The role requires at least 4 years of PM experience in self-perform spaces and experience handling projects from cradle to grave in commercial, healthcare, MF, K-12, retail, and restaurants (typically $20M–$50M).

Procore and Bluebeam proficiency, strong leadership and communication skills, and a Bachelor's in Construction Mgmt or Civil Engineering are preferred. PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the self-perform space.
• Experience running projects from cradle to grave within the Commercial, Healthcare, MF, K-12, Retail, Restaurant ($20M - $50M)
• Proficient in using Procore project management software, Bluebeam or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications:
