Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for ground-up commercial construction in the Greater Indianapolis area. This on-site, permanent role offers $95,000-$120,000 per year and requires at least 4 years of PM experience in self-perform spaces.

You will lead projects from cradle to grave, coordinate with teams and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while managing budgets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the self-perform space.
• Experience running cradle-to-grave projects within commercial sectors up to $50M.
• Proficient in using Procore project management software and Bluebeam.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with multiple teams, subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance on site.
• Manage project budgets, schedules and risk mitigation.

Job Details

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the self-perform space.
• Experience running projects from cradle to grave within the Commercial, Healthcare, MF, K-12, Retail, Restaurant ($20M - $50M)
• Proficient in using Procore project management software, Bluebeam or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
