A local Indianapolis General Contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in ground-up commercial construction. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years in project management, expertise in Procore software, and strong leadership and communication skills. This position offers a salary range of $115,000 - $140,000 per year, alongside competitive benefits such as medical insurance, generous PTO, and a 401k match.

We are actively looking for a Senior Project Manager with Ground-up Commercial Construction experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in the self-perform space.
• Proficient in using Procore project management software or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
