Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in Indiana (and nearby Ohio). You will oversee financial performance, scheduling, and client communication while working closely with field leadership and internal teams.

The role requires 7–15+ years of PM experience on commercial projects, including ground up or large renovations, with strong budgeting and cost-control skills.

Qualifications

• Seven to fifteen plus years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience with ground up or large scale renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting scheduling and cost control.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects.
• Understanding of construction methods materials and safety practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management engineering or related field preferred.
