Job summary

MPI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial, healthcare, and education ground-up projects in Indianapolis. You will manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships while coordinating with design teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety.

Reporting to the Director & President of Construction, you will oversee contracts, RFIs, and submittals, collaborating with estimating and procurement in preconstruction to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Procore, MS Project, or similar PM tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting and construction processes.

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety.

The Successful Applicant

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction.
• Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.
• Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.
