Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Project Leader 2 in the Security and Electronic Systems unit to oversee electrical construction projects nationwide. The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and strong leadership, scheduling, and client coordination skills.

You will manage installation teams, interface with customers, and ensure work aligns with budget and schedules across federal, local, and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership and coaching ability.
• Experience with scheduling (MS Project) and Excel.
• BS degree plus 10+ years in security system projects; MS/MA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of electronic security systems at multiple facilities.
• Manage site managers and subcontractors to meet schedule and budget.
• Interface with customers, address issues, and conduct design reviews.
• Prepare proposals, schedules, and status reports.
• Maintain as-built documentation and change-order processes.
