_M.C. Dean, Inc._ is seeking a Project Leader 1 in the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit.

The role focuses on leading small electrical construction projects, driving CPM schedules in Primavera, and coordinating with superintendents, clients, and design professionals to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Engineering with 7+ years of PM experience (or MS with 5+ years) and has active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Qualifications

• Typical PM responsibilities for construction projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and teams.
• Clearance/citizenship requirements and security investigations.

Responsibilities

• Assist project Superintendent with project docs, layout, and field office support.
• Develop a resource-loaded CPM schedule with time-scale logic in Primavera.
• Coordinate and run PKOM and bid/proposal processes.
• Forecast cash flow, manpower, and budgets; track costs against schedule.
• Prepare estimates and submittals; coordinate change orders.
• Engage with customers to present proposals and resolve issues.
• Ensure permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements are met.
