Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Project Leader 1 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business unit in the United States.

You will lead small electrical construction projects, coordinating design, procurement, and field execution with a focus on security and electronic systems. Responsibilities include developing schedules, managing budgets, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring safety and compliance across federal, local, and commercial customers.

Qualifications

• Clearance/Citizen Type: U.S. Citizenship; Top Secret Clearance may be required.
• BS in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, or Physics; 7+ years experience or 5+ years with MS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, organization and implementation of small electrical construction projects.
• Develop resource-loaded CPM schedule with time-scale logic.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and forecast cash flow and manpower.
• Review blueprints, budgets and cost codes; track costs and manpower.
• Prepare estimates, submittals, and design documentation; manage client proposals.
• Coordinate permits, licenses, inspections; ensure on-time project completion.
