Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a BCBA for a Project Hope role in Naperville, IL. This part‑time position offers prestige with flexible hours and opportunities to supervise RBTs and guide multidisciplinary teams in delivering high‑quality ABA services.

You will conduct assessments, tailor therapy programs, and monitor progress, while collaborating with clinicians to support families and ensure outcomes. Remote options and hybrid scheduling are possible for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
• Experience working in a clinic setting
• Availability for a minimum of two days availability per week (Evenings Monday through Friday and/or Saturdays)

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress
• Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision
• Complete and submit required documentation, including Progress Reports in accordance with practice guidelines
• Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive care
• Maintain targeted caseload
