Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Frankfort, Illinois, is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide exceptional therapy services and to empower children and team members. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree and appropriate licensure. The role involves mentoring RBTs, conducting assessments, and ensuring comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field essential.
• Licensure as a Behavior Analyst required or must be eligible.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress
• Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision
• Complete and submit required documentation, including, but not limited to: Evaluations and Progress Reports in accordance with practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive care

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
• Experience working in a clinic setting
