Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the Project Hope program in Illinois. You will conduct assessments, design individualized ABA therapy plans, supervise RBTs, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality family-centered care.

You will also provide supervision, feedback, and professional development opportunities while managing a consistent caseload and ensuring timely documentation and reporting in line with practice guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Support RBTs through training, coaching, and supervision.
• Complete required documentation and progress reports per guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain targeted caseload.
