Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Oswego Township, Illinois, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead engaging therapeutic services for children. What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress
• Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision
• Complete and submit required documentation, including, but not limited to: Evaluations and Progress Reports in accordance with practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive care
• Maintain a targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or licensure eligible, in the state of Illinois.
• Experience working in a clinic setting.
