Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a BCBA to lead therapy services in our Illinois clinic. You will assess, design, and supervise ABA programs, guiding RBTs and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, client-centered care.

The role focuses on delivering effective interventions, maintaining detailed records, and contributing to program development and staff growth within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in relevant field.
• BCBA licensure or license eligible in Illinois.
• Clinic setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop therapy programs, monitor progress.
• Mentor and supervise RBTs and support staff.
• Complete documentation including evaluations and progress reports.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to ensure integrated care.
• Maintain a caseload of 28 therapy hours per week.

What You'll Do

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress
• Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision
• Complete and submit required documentation, including, but not limited to: Evaluations and Progress Reports in accordance with practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive care
• Maintain targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
• Experience working in a clinic setting
