Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a Project Hope BCBA for Lombard, IL. The role is part-time in the evenings, offering premium hourly pay and a flexible schedule to supervise RBTs and coordinate care across a multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized ABA programs, and monitor progress while ensuring timely documentation and quality outcomes for children served.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in ABA or related field.
  • Illinois Behavior Analyst licensure or licensure eligible.
  • Experience in a clinic setting.
  • Availability for two days evenings per week (Mon-Fri) and/or Saturdays.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs.
  • Complete and submit required documentation and progress notes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain targeted caseload and high-quality client outcomes.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress
  • Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision
  • Complete and submit required documentation, including, but not limited to Progress Reports in accordance with practice guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive care
  • Maintain targeted caseload
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
  • Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
  • Experience working in a clinic setting
  • Availability for a minimum of two days availability per week (Evenings Monday through Friday and/or Saturdays)
