Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a part-time BCBA for the evening shift. You will conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, supervise RBTs, and ensure progress tracking for clients with autism and related needs.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, complete required documentation, and maintain a flexible caseload with telehealth options where appropriate. This role offers meaningful, mission-driven work and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
• Experience working in a clinic setting
• Availability for a minimum of two days availability per week (Evenings Monday through Friday and/or Saturdays)

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress.
• Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision
• Complete and submit required documentation, including Progress Reports in accordance with practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive care
• Maintain targeted caseload
