Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy seeks a part-time BCBA to join Project Hope and deliver high-quality ABA services to children who need it most. You will supervise RBTs, develop individualized therapy programs, conduct assessments, and monitor progress within a multidisciplinary team.

We offer flexible hours with a minimum of 6 hours per week and up to 20 hours, including evenings and some Saturdays, plus telehealth options. Strong collaboration and commitment to client outcomes are essential.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA or related field.
  • BCBA licensure or eligibility in Illinois required or pending approval.
  • Clinic experience preferred; availability for part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA therapy programs.
  • Monitor and document client progress and outcomes.
  • Support and coach RBTs through supervision and training.
  • Complete required progress reports and maintain clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain targeted caseload and coordinate with families.
