Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Frankfort, IL seeks a part-time BCBA for evening shifts (3 PM–7 PM) to deliver ABA services, assess progress, and supervise RBTs.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care, maintain documentation, and support families, with flexible hours and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree required in psychology, education, ABA, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized ABA therapy programs, and monitor client progress.
  • Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision.
  • Complete and submit required documentation, including progress reports.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to support comprehensive care.
  • Maintain targeted caseload.

What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress

  • Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive care
  • Maintain targeted caseload
QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
  • Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
  • Experience working in a clinic setting
  • Availability for a minimum of two days availability per week (Evenings Monday through Friday and/or Saturdays)
